What is the typical delivery time for orders?
Domestic orders within India are usually delivered within 5-7 business days. For international shipping, please allow 10-15 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
How do I determine the right size for ethnic wear?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips in inches and comparing them to our chart. If you are between sizes, we suggest choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused items with original tags intact. Please note that customized outfits and innerwear are not eligible for return due to hygiene and personalization reasons.
Are the colors of the products accurate to the photos?
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to digital photography and screen settings, there might be a slight variation of 5-10% in the actual color of the fabric.
Do you offer customization or stitching services?
Yes, many of our semi-stitched lehengas and unstitched suits come with an optional customization service. You can select the 'Custom Stitching' option on the product page and provide your measurements.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for select pin codes within India.
